TOBALÁ Mezcal is known by some as the KING OF MEZCALS. This mezcal is made with TOBALÁ Agave (Potatorum), one of the smallest agaves that exist; it measures 1/8 of an Espadín. It grows in high regions of Oaxaca and Puebla and takes up to 15 years to mature. It is characterized by its aromatic profile with a taste where tropical fruits and slightly spicy notes like guava, mandarin, ginger, lime, lemongrass, orange blossom, grapefruit, and rose apple can be perceived.
